What’s the notices for the flute laminator operation?

The flute laminator is also called a laminating machine. With the continuous development of the social economy, the application of pre-printed cartons is more and more extensive, the structure of the laminating machine is becoming more diversified and automated, and the manufacturing technology and performance are becoming more mature. However, like all the mechanical equipment, it is inevitable that the laminating machine will be strained during long-term operation. Therefore, the laminating machine is maintained to ensure the quality of the laminating process and avoid the printing caused by the abrasion of the laminating machine. The problem has also become a must for all carton companies, carton production lines, and picker operators. In the daily use process, the Juxing machine needs to focus on solving the following problems.
1. Machine paper feeding and positioning structure
If the machine is adjusted or maintained improperly, it will easily cause errors in the face paper  and corrugated paper. The main reasons are:
1) There is looseness in the paper feeding chain mechanism, which makes the working coordination of the upper/lower chain inconsistent or unstable;
2) The front lay on the upper/lower chain is loose, causing an impact on the paper edge during paper feeding;
3) The contact position of the paperboard strip opposite paper is not suitable or the gap is too large, which does not play a role in slowing the inertial force of the cardboard during high-speed movement;
4) The upper/lower rolling rollers do not clean often and accumulate a certain amount of glue, which blocks the synchronous rolling conveyance of face paper or corrugated cardboard.

These unfavorable conditions can easily lead to the inaccuracy of face paper or corrugated paper. Therefore, the chain of the machine should be cleaned in time and often lubrication; for the loose front lay, the corresponding measures should be taken in time; adjust the position of the pressed steel strip to maintain a certain friction with the cardboard. Force to prevent the paper from passing too fast and ahead; always remove the glue or dirt on the upper and lower rolling rolls.
2. The gap between the upper/lower rolling roller of the machine is not suitable and the paper feeding error caused by poor paper feeding.
When the gap between the upper and lower rolling rolls is unsuitable, the corrugated cardboard after the the upper and lower rolling rolls laminating , on the one hand, it is easy to cause displacement between the face paper and the corrugated paper or to cause foaming of the face paper, on the other hand, It is easy to deform the corrugated paper. If the face paper is not properly transported, ideal running or crooked phenomenon, it may cause foaming or debonding (the length of the paperboard on the conveyor belt is different, the unevenness of the paper is uneven) and the laminating is Inaccurate.
In this regard, the gap of the upper/lower rolling rolls should be adjusted to match the thickness of the cardboard , so that the pressure of the paperboard is moderate, so as to prevent the problem of quality problems of foaming, degumming or corrugation.

3.Control of the production operations
When the color printed face paper is thin and curled, the speed of the machine cannot running  too fast. When loading face paper and corrugated paperboard, their left and right relative positions should be aligned to avoid lateral misalignment due to paper exit positioning. If the stroke of the upper and lower chains of the machine is not adjusted, there is a deviation between the front and back positions; the block paper limited equipment of the stacking table does not close to the paper edge, so that the paper stack is incited left and right, and the curled cardboard is not soft and flat when loading paper. etc., and it will cause errors in the laminating of the paper and corrugated board.

Therefore, the production speed of the machine should be properly controlled according to the characteristics of the paper; the relative position of the paper and the corrugated board should be aligned when loading the paper; the stroke of the upper/lower chain must be accurate;

The block paper limited equipment must fixed after the face paper and corrugated alignment ; the uneven and cured paper should be flatten.

4. Do the correct use and maintenance of the machine
The automatic laminating machine has high precision, which is a reliable guarantee of production efficiency and quality. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the correct use and maintenance of the machine. This is an important part to prevent abnormal wear and damage of the machine.
After the purchase of new machines, if the factory's own technical conditions are limited, and the production operators cannot be trained by themselves, the equipment supplier should be sen the technicians to train the equipment operators to ensure that the machines can be used correctly and function properly after purchase.
During the running-in period of the equipment, the production speed of the machine should not be too fast, and it should be controlled at about 3000 sheets/hour. In the process of equipment trial production, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the machine maintains a normal shape by means of "viewing, smelling, touching" and so on.
The view is to pay attention to the working state of the relevant parts of the machine and whether the action is abnormal

Smell means it is necessary to pay attention to whether the machine has abnormal sounds;
Touch means: for a period of time when the machine has just been running, it is necessary to stop at a timely time to touch some rotating parts of the machine, such as rotating shafts, gears, etc., whether there is obvious heating and the feeling of abnormal hot.
If abnormality is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and the problem should be dealt with in a timely manner.
During the use of the machine, it must be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the equipment manual, and the lubrication and regular maintenance of the machine should be done. This is an effective guarantee to ensure the equipment maintains good precision and improves production efficiency and quality.
