1. Power connection

Power connection should be done by professional or under the guide of professional. Connect the power cable to down port of main wiring terminal and make sure they are solid connected. Check if the line voltage, the phase voltage and the ground voltage of the three-phase power supply meets the electrical standard. If the resistance of the grounding resistance meets the requirements.

2. Position adjustment and fixing for sensor

2.1 The installation and commissioning personnel should check whether the position of various sensor (such as the travel switch, photoelectric switch, proximity switch, etc.) meets the machine control requirements and properly tighten them.

2.2 Thermal protector values for each motor is set before shipping and changes to these data is forbidden.

3. Check the rotary direction of the motor

Switch on each motor separately to check the rotary direction. If the rotary direction is wrong, exchange two power wires.
