Inspection and maintenance when the die-cutting machine fails
If the sudden failure of the die-cutting machine will cause the entire production line to stop, it must be ensured that the fault is detected and repaired in the fastest time. What should we do? The following small series will give you an answer.
First, the precision adjustment of the die cutting machine
The accuracy of the front gauge of the sheet-fed automatic die-cutting machine is the key parameter to ensure the accuracy of the pre-specified position. The adjustment of the accuracy of the pre-regulation involves many factors. Some operators often only use the pre-regulation system. This method is not scientific. Although the front gauge inspection system can avoid paper skew caused by the paper not being in place and the paper is unreliable, if you want to adjust the accuracy of the front gauge through the system, the probe diameter should be adjusted from about 1mm to about 0.1mm. The accuracy of the alarm, it turns out that this is not possible. Therefore, the pre-measurement accuracy should be adjusted to the optimum state by taking into account factors such as the platen roller, paper feed time, and side gauge tension.

Second, the nip part paper detection
For the sheet-fed automatic die-cutting machine, the nip detection is very important, and some operators sometimes turn off the detection function, which is extremely dangerous. If the nip detection is normal and the paper-out detection is off. If there is a paper jam in the nip, the layers of paper will be superimposed instantaneously, which will definitely cause a car accident, which is extremely damaging to the equipment and the accident is very difficult to handle.

Third, regular oil changes
Each brand of sheet-fed automatic die-cutting machine has a very strict lubrication cycle table in the factory documents. There are detailed requirements for the brand and model of the lubricant required for each part of the equipment, especially the cycle of replacing the lubricant. Generally, companies can basically purchase lubricants according to the required brands and models, but they neglect the regular replacement of lubricants. Many equipment lubrication managers saw that the lubricant in the equipment tank was still clear when the replacement lubricant cycle arrived. In the cost-saving considerations, the plan to replace the new lubricant was abandoned and the equipment continued to operate. Fourth, regular maintenance of the tooth row
The dental shovel should also be regularly repaired. Generally, its frequent failures are as follows:
1. The occlusal force of the tooth paper is insufficient. When processing some coated packaging products, there is often a phenomenon that the die-cutting deviation of the packaging product increases and the deviation is irregular. This is probably caused by insufficient bite force of the tooth, because the operation of the tooth row is the process of instantaneous acceleration and deceleration. The surface of the coated packaging product is smooth, and the friction between the coating and the tooth row is insufficient during the feeding process. If the biting force of the tooth is insufficient, the product will slip during the die cutting, which will lead to an increase in the die cutting deviation. A big situation arises.
2. The clearance return spring is broken or aged. After such a fault occurs, the tooth row cannot be accurately and reliably positioned and pressed in the position of the paper, which may result in a decrease in the yield. The staff must pay attention to this part when repairing the equipment, and repair or replace the broken or aged parts in time to ensure normal production.
